What is BASIK FIT’s return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Note: Any new or gently used Cosmetic or Fragrance product purchased on our website that does not meet your needs will be accepted for return.

bluemercury merchandise can be returned by mail, with a bluemercury shop. We are unable to accept merchandise purchased from bluemercury stand-alone stores.

Designer merchandise including Gucci, Longchamp and Tous can be returned with tags attached within 14 days of purchase

Alexandre London custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange
Burberry merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase or sale merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase. All returns must have the Burberry tags attached and, where applicable, hygiene seal attached. All returns must be include the original receipt
Louis Vuitton merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Dresses

Dresses can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Dress must be in saleable condition with tags still attached
Items are not returnable if worn, altered, or tags removed

Jewelry and watches can be returned with price tags attached within 30 days of purchase
Special order merchandise and items that have been altered for size are not eligible for return or exchange

Finish Line Shoes

Finish Line athletic shoes can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as your item is unworn and in saleable condition.

Last Act Merchandise

Last Act merchandise can be returned with price tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Lighting

Lighting returns due to customer preferences must be made by contacting Customer Service at (612)598-7515 within 30 days of receipt.
Must be in original condition and with original packaging
Can’t be returned to the store or furniture galleries
Shipping fees and surcharges will not be refunded
A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed

Locker Room By Lids Merchandise

Locker Room by Lids merchandise can be returned in unworn, unwashed, new condition within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final on clearance items.

Lush Cosmetics

Lush Cosmetics can only be returned or exchanged against other Lush products.

Beauty Box Items

Beauty Box merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Maternity Merchandise

Maternity merchandise can be returned with price tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Personal Care Items & Small Electrics

Personal care items and small electrics can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Style Your Ring Purchases

Style Your Ring purchases can be returned by mail only within 30 days of receipt.

Contact (612)598-7515 to be provided a prepaid shipping label for your return
Include original packaging along with the merchandise, proof of purchase and the GIA certification
Refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is authenticated

Sunglass Hut purchases can be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Tech accessories with original tags and packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase
Special order merchandise and items that have been altered for size are not eligible for return or exchange

How refunds are received
You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.

It was a gift: If you have a gift receipt, a return label or a bridal registry number, you will get a refund in the form of a store credit.

You don’t have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit for the item’s lowest selling price within the last 180 days.

Note: Store credit may be an EZ Exchange Card (use like a gift card online) or Merchandise Certificate (for online use only).

How to make a return
We offer free returns in store or by mail. Free returns exclude Gift Cards, food, gourmet gifts, Beauty Boxes, lamps, wall art, mirrors, furniture, mattresses and area rugs. Free returns do not apply to international orders. There is a charge for scheduled return pickup in areas offering the service.

Return by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail.

How to make an exchange
Items purchased online can be exchanged, or returned by mail and a new order for the item can be made online. Bring your original receipt. No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase, your return label, packing slip, order or shipping confirmation email, or registry number to look up your information for you.

Exchanges by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at current selling price.
